Joanne Goulden

Jo has joined the business with a wealth of experience in Recruitment and has a "willing to do anything approach" She wears many hats in the office! 

Starting her career “a few years ago” she spent many years working in finance recruitment and other industries, she has recruited at all levels from entry-level to senior management.

In 2011 Jo took a break from the recruitment world to raise her daughters and work on the family business, however, she decided 2024 was the year to return to recruitment…. something she has always loved! 

Jo is very methodical in her approach, extremely helpful and passionate about the industry, she prides herself on building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. 

In her spare time, Jo loves spending time with her family, travelling and exploring new places. 

She also runs for fun! She has completed 2 marathons and the Great North Run twice and is hoping to secure a place this year.

Jo’s dream job if she didn’t work in recruitment would be to work for Virgin Atlantic (again) as an Air Hostess.
